SHIPPING
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly and timely as possible! Please allow us time to get the hang of our new systems, so that we may be sure your items are packaged as nicely and correctly as possible! Your items will be shipped within 2-4 days. If for some reason your order has not been processed within 2-4 days, please feel free to reach out and we will be sure to figure out what has happened as swiftly as possible.
Please also always be sure to double check your information so that you are sure to have put the correct address in & always review it prior to placing your order to help prevent mistakes. Although we will always try our hardest to get these types of issues resolved, changes made after an order are placed are not always guaranteed to be possible. We will not be held responsible for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect address that the customer has provided for their order.
As of now we only anticipate shipping within the US, however we do plan to expand to international shipping as soon as possible! If you wish to order something and are from elsewhere, please reach out to us, as for knowing the demand would be extremely helpful to this decision. RETURN POLICY
Prior to returning an item(s), please read the guidelines prior to returning. Notice reasons below for a return that do not qualify for EITHER store credit OR reimbursement. Afterwards, please email us at shopthistledew@gmail.com so that we may be sure the request can be approved and processed and then generate a return shipping label for you!
Note that if returns are submitted over the weekend that we will likely not get back to you regarding your return label until the following Monday. If this happens but your request was submitted prior to the 14 day window then we will absolutely still finalize the reimbursement/store credit. Just give us time and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Anything received after the 14-day return window may be issued to you as store credit! We will not issue any sort of reimbursement after 30+ days have passed.
All Sale items and or discounted items will be reimbursed as either store credit or be final sale! Please be sure to check whether or not something is final sale prior to ordering!
RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE:
Unworn. Unwashed. Have No scent and/or perfume or smells. No animal hair. No make-up stains. Shoes need to be sent back in the original box, with the box in GOOD condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:
Jewelry. Accessories. Hats. Bodysuits. Swimwear. Discounted/Sale items. Certain Home Items. Activewear
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED WILL BE MADE.
If we receive a return that violates any of the above conditions than we will not process your return/store credit and you will be required to pay back the return shipping as well as a third shipping label in order to receive your items again. So be sure to check all of your boxes prior to starting your return process!
